Hi ... this is William from Italy. I worked with Stellar since 2014 and I was super active user in stellar talk forum. Today I have lot''s of XLM but I wanna buy more till the market is low. But I don't want to use kyc exchanges ... I prefer private way if it is possible ... probably not one unique transaction but many transactions till 100k xlm in a safer way.
