The D-Day has finally come.
After too many sleepless nights, pizzas and coke, we are happy to announce that:
Interstellar is finally live.
You can start using Interstellar with real lumens over at https://interstellar.exchange.
Some of the really cool features we want you to try are our multisig accounts, our decentralized exchange, and our optional brainwallet :). We also encourage you to try out our integrated BTC anchor.
One last cool stuff worth mentioning. Whenever you deposit BTC into your Interstellar account, Interstellar checks whether you have sufficient XLM, and automatically uses 0.001 BTC of your deposit to give you some XLM in return. Enough to prevent you from getting stuck because you don't have enough XLM to perform any operation. This is godsend for new users who have BTC and need a quick way to fund their accounts.
There are so many things to explore in Interstellar. Let us know what you like (or don't like).
If you do discover a bug, let us know. We love crushing bugs.
PS: the testnet version is still available at https://testnet.interstellar.exchange
Probably worth repeating: Interstellar doesn't store or transmit any of your secret keys. Your secret keys are locally stored on your browser, and encrypted with a password that only you know.
