The Stellar Acct Viewer is bare bones, there is no option for help or link to support.
Stellar.org website has a short FAQ, and under one question there is a link labeled "Help Desk". That link takes you to a Zendesk page that says "The company you're looking for is no longer using our help center. We suggest reaching out to them directly via their official website." Stellar.org has a contact link at the bottom of each page, but none of the options under that appear to be specifically for user support. Perhaps submitting your problem under the Developer Questions contact link will get you an answer. It certainly appears you're not going to get one here. The Developer Questions link takes you to Stellar Stack Exchange.com, which is "a question and answer site for developers and users of Stellar and the Stellar Distributed Exchange. Join them; it only takes a minute". Maybe this will work, if you try it please let us know what happens.
This is rather disturbing, that a project that is supposedly striving for mass adoption appears to have such poor user support.
