What wallet is this?

Hi All,
I have had my Stellar for many years and rarely do any maintenance on the wallet. I have transacted from it recently and it still sends at lightning speed but I am worried thast I might be back level with my wallet software.
I want to upgrade it but nowhere does it tell me what wallet it is! Just a version of 3.3.
Can anybody tell me what wallet the attached pic is and more importantly, what wallet I should be using and the latest version?
Greatly appreciate the help.

I think this is the Stellar Desktop Client. But I believe they changed the name. https://github.com/stellarchat/desktop-client/releases

It used to be a ok wallet, but I don't use it anymore. Just have a mobile wallet (Solar) right now.
