After seeing the true potential of such an alt-coin it was hard not to want to get involved.
With Transaction speeds far superior to most larger Crypto-Currencies and having nearly non-existent fees. The on top of all that it allows the creation of assets on its network that are backed by real world currencies and assets 1:1 through anchors. This is what really got me thinking.
The ways this can be implemented into everyday applications, it is only a matter of time. I really think the only thing that is currently holding it back is the adoption and the fact that most fiat to coin Anchors charge 3+% on withdrawals which can be problematic especially when you have services charging ~1% on withdrawals.
Services like Venmo (Owned by paypal) allow users to send Money between their users quickly and allow them to be withdrew just as quickly but they charge a fee but it is still nearly instant.
This is what we have to strive for with our anchors and applications. Focusing on lower withdrawal fees and quick money transfers only then is it going to give way to applications like venmo that can be adopted by the masses.
